• All orders must be paid for in full before manufacture.
• Patches will be supplied as per your order. You spell it wrong, we spell it wrong. If you want it on 2 lines or if you want the layout to be specific you have to let us know where it asks "special requirements".
• All stitching will be supplied in gold unless requested otherwise.
• All patches are made on black material.
• We do not guarantee a 2 week delivery.
• Cancellations or alterations must be made within 24 hours of ordering.
